Tom's prolific works include landscapes, place-scapes and images of the sea. Based on two islands; Jamestown, RI and Block Island, Tom braves the weather in all seasons to "refocus on the daily rhythm of life and how it relates to the rhythm of nature." Tom is an administrator of the Top Drawer Art Center in East Providence Rhode Island, a leader in Outsider Arts.
